Lindsay Lohan was in a Los Angeles court again this morning where Judge Stephanie Sautner revoked the actress probation. Judge Stephanie Sautner made it clear, her sentence was SPECIFICALLY to do community service at the Downtown Women’s Center & the judge made it clear, Lindsay blew off 9 appointments and when she showed up once she only stayed an hour not 4. The judge said Lindsay caused herself to get kicked out of the Center, and it constitutes a violation of her probation. However, the Probation Dept. gave the actress a good report. Judge Stephanie Sautner set a hearing for November 2 which could determine if Lindsay goes to jail. As Lindsay was taken away in cuffs, the judge said she must complete 16 hours at the morgue before the November 2 hearing if she is bailed out. Lindsay’s bail bondsman appeared in court and will be bailing her out shortly.

Lindsay Lohan returned to court again today over an alleged probation violation, but the judge ruled that the actress had not violated any of the court’s rules. Judge Stephenie Sautner ruled that the actress was NOT in violation of her parole, but ordered that the actress was not allowed to have any more parties. The judge ruled that Lindsay’s probation terms called for testing of controlled substances only and not for alcohol, and that the testing stipulation expired in February. At the hearing Judge Sautner said to Lohan, “I am not happy about this house arrest, it was the Sherriff’s doing. What you are guilty of is extremely poor judgment. Having parties on the roof of your house. you are not to have parties. I am ordering it. You may have one friend over at a time, and your family, should you want them. That is it. You knew I was unhappy with house arrest and yet you had a party on your roof? How dumb is that. I’m sure you and I will be very happy if we never have to see each other again.” Lindsay’s attorney, Shawn Holley, released a statement a few hours ago asserting her client had done nothing wrong and claiming it was the Probation Department that were at fault: “Today the Court made clear that Lindsay is in compliance with the terms of her probation, the terms of her electronic monitoring and the laws, rules and regulations of the State of California, the Probation Department’s finding that Lindsay was in violation of probation, as well as it’s position that she should be subjected to testing were plainly erroneous.” Lindsay’s next court appearance is going to a progress report at the end of July.
