Justin Timberlake kept his word and attended the Marine Corps Ball Saturday night. Justin accepted Corporal Kelsey De Santis invitation to the ball back in July, after she posted a video on YouTube inviting Timberlake to be her date.

Justin Timberlake has joined Specific Media in buying MySpace on Wednesday for $35 million. There is no word on specifically how much of a stake Timberlake will own, The partners are set to unveil their plans for the site in a couple of months. Justin said in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter “There’s a need for a place where fans can go to interact with their favorite entertainers, listen to music, watch videos, share and discover cool stuff and just connect, I’m excited to help revitalize MySpace by using its social media platform to bring artists and fans together in one community.”
