Beyonce and husband Jay-Z have welcomed their baby girl.

E! News is reporting that Beyonce & Jay- Z have named there baby girl Blue Ivy Carter, but no one from either Beyonce or Jay-Z ‘s camp have confirmed the name or any other details yet.

Rihanna a close friend of the couple was one of the first celebrities to tweet congrats and to break the news on Twitter tweeting “Welcome to the world princess Carter! Love Aunty Rih.” Other celebrities to tweet there congrats are Russell Simmons he tweeted “congrats to my good friends Beyonce and Jay-Z.” Also actress Holly Robinson Peete tweeted “BREAKING: Beyonce and Jay-Z: It’s A Girl!”

Beyoncé & Jay-Z Expecting A Baby

Beyoncé and husband Jay-Z are excepting their first baby. Beyoncé showed up at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards and posed for photos with her hands cradling her baby bump in an orange gown. Later, during the award show, she performed “Love on Top,” by telling the Live crowd, “I want you to stand up on your feet, I want you to feel the love that’s growing inside me,” at the end of the song, she unbuttoned her jacket and rubbed her stomach. Her rep confirmed the news after the award show saying in a statement “I’m happy to say it’s true.” This will be the first child for Beyoncé and Jay Z, who were married three years ago.
